Sheriff of Steelhead City, as well as citizen of the Independent State of Caledon.

Full name is Demetrius Ezekial Fuzzball Ortegavich of the Eastern European country of Moldavia. Changed his name to Ortega when he arrived in the United States of America, where he was searching for his sister, Angelica, who was going by the stage name Angelica Trescothick.

During the "Beast of Caledon" saga, it was revealed that he was a werewolf, and took offense to the citizens suggestions of killing the beast.

Former freelance DJ, now only performing for Steelhead City events, although he would take the suggestion of performing at other events under consideration. Purchased the old Gearzton Mill in Steelhead Boomtown and converted it into the dance club, Gearz.

Extremely loyal to Kattrynn Severine, owner of Steelhead City. Shows respect towards Steelhead managers, TotalLunar Eclipse and Tensai Hilra, as well as Governor Shang.

Arch-nemesis, Jobias Barthelmess, seen wandering around Caledon.

Lived in Steelhead City since August 2006. After commenting to the Guvnah about enjoying visiting Caledon, was made a citizen of Caledon in October 2006.
