Owner of Steelhead City, inherited from her father after he and others had settled in the area.

Known to attend several social gatherings including a few in Caledon.

Extremely proud of all who have helped make Steelhead what it is, especially TotalLunar Eclipse, Tensai Hilra, and Fuzzball Ortega.

Affectionately known as The First Lady of Steelhead, Lady Katt, and "The Boss Lady" (the latter mostly used by Sheriff Ortega), but she prefers to be referred to as Katt.
