Loch Avie Academy of Arms

The Loch Avie Academy of Arms practices the combat arts of sword and shield, battle axe, hammer, and claymore. It is led by Sir Telemachus Dean and Hotspur O'Toole under the patronage of Her Grace, the Duchess Loch Avie. Key participants are Viderian Vollmar (instructor) and Diamanda Gustafson (fighter). The Academy has both a ground-level practice facility and a sky arena in Caledon Loch Avie. Free-for-all, last person standing sparring is the most popular mode of training.
