Roy Smashcan

Mr Smashcan was an itinerant metal worker for years, until he settled in Caledon Cape Wrath. He is easily recognised in a crowd by virtue of his splendid top hat, prodigious steam boots and pet Cthulhu perched on his shoulder (unless it's a formal event, in which case his manly bald pate is bare and he dons a kilt or the Rogaland bunad).

He is a prominent supporter of the Caledon Library and an RCAF officer.
