Thadicus Caligari

Duke Caligari is a member of the Royal Caledon Air Force (RCAF) and owner of the Prop Spinners Pub in Steam Sky City. The Prop Spinners Pub holds regular events on Sundays. Thadicus Caligari owns the Duchie of Silly Walks Estate, Caledon Rothesay. He is a business partner with Katrina Pugilist in a shop called Thadovian LTD and Kat's Meow in Caledon Highlands.
