Profile
Originally a Sanchonite1, Sin Trenton is now a citizen of the Independent State of Caledon. He's most known for his maritime and nautical activities in several communities, including the Imperial Navy of Caledon and Caledon Sail & Steam Society, which he founded together with Hypatia Callisto and Chrysocolla Rau.
He is also an active member of the Royal Caledon Air Force, constantly testing new machines and physics-defying maneuvers.
RCAF call-sign/nickname: "Biggles". This is not based on his great heroism or skillful handling of planes, but on one of the most famous Biggles books never to be written, "Biggles Combs His Hair".
Despite the higher ranks, he prefers the simpler title Captain, or just "Cap'n".
Sin Trenton has a fascination for telegraphy, morse, electromagnetic radiation (later known as radio waves), particles, explosions and cogs. He is an avid collector of arms from Ordinal Enterprises, managed by Ordinal Malaprop, the old .45 Shansi still being amongst his most cherished possessions. And the .455 Webley, of course. And the flair gun, come to think of it. That one is really nifty. And..
A former resident of Caledon On Sea (SLURL/map), he now travels the skies of Caledon, bivouacing in his airship, Graf Tyrnau Nagyszombat II. The main reason he is seldom seen below cloudlevel is said to be due to having developed an allergy for the increased lag winds on the ground.
Captain Trenton keeps a personal, informal journal, Sin's Notebook and is also Editor-in-Chief of the manual Flags and Pennants of the Principal Maritime Micronations of the Metaverse, a job which he retains even after his retirement to land.
Career
- Started as Lieutenant in the Pirates of SL, soon to be promoted to Captain
- Commander's rank, Pirates of SL (Commander is higher than Captain in this group)
- Co-founder of the Fellowship of the Coast, a group of veteran pirates, March 2007
- Elected member of the Pirate Lords of Sanchon
- Privateer captain in the SLRFL Neualtenburg War (see Foreign affairs of Caledon), holding a Captain's rank in the RFL Militia (see Caledon Militia) and a lettre de Marque from the Guvnah
- Joined the Imperial Navy of Caledon as Lieutenant, promoted to Post Captain and later to Commodore
- Although active in the Caledon community since about February 2007, he moved to Caledon On Sea in August the same year
- Joined the newly formed Royal Caledon Air Force as Air Chief Marshal in October 2007
- Imperial Navy of Caledon - Retired to Land in May 2008
